Несмотря на то что многие лекарственно-индуцированные миопатии хорошо известны, однако в отношении миопатий,  вызванных взаимодействием лекарственных средств, у многих специалистов  здравоохранения отсутствует настороженность. Миопатия является хорошо известной  нежелательной реакцией при применении статинов, при этом повреждение мышц может  варьироваться от незначительной мышечной боли и слабости до угрожающего жизни  рабдомиолиза. Колхицин может также вызвать развитие миопатии, в том числе и развитие  рабдомиолиза. Комбинация колхицина и статинов может значительно увеличить риск  миопатии по сравнению с их приемом по отдельности. В случаях развития миопатии у  пациентов, получавших колхицин и статины одновременно, наиболее распространенным  проявлением лекарственного взаимодействия была мышечная слабость, встречающаяся  практически в каждом случае, а в некоторых случаях мышечная слабость была настолько  сильной, что пациент терял способность передвигаться. В трети случаев развитие мышечной слабости сопровождалось мышечной болью, а также отмечалось потемнение мочи до  чайного оттенка. Одно из исследований показало, что 40 % пациентов получали  одновременно комбинации лекарственных средств, которые повышали риск повреждения  мышц. В данной статье рассматриваются случаи повышения риска развития миопатии на  фоне совместного применения колхицина и статинов. Сделаны выводы, что одновременное  назначение колхицина и статинов требует проведения оценки соотношения «польза–риск», а также назначения препаратов в минимально эффективных дозах.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Myopathy is a life-threatening disease that can be caused, among other things, by the intake of various medications. Despite the fact  that many drug-induced myopathies are well known, however, many  health professionals are not alert to myopathies caused by drug  interactions. Myopathy is a wellknown adverse reaction of statins,  and muscle damage can range from minor muscle pain and  weakness to life-threatening rhabdomyolysis. Colchicine can also  cause myopathy, including rhabdomyolysis. The combination of  colchicine and statins can significantly increase the risk of myopathy  compared with their intake separately. In cases of development of  myopathy in patients receiving colchicine and statins simultaneously, the most common manifestation of drug interaction was muscle  weakness, occurring in almost every case, and in some cases,  muscle weakness was so severe that the patient lost the ability to  move. In a third of cases, the development of muscle weakness was  accompanied by muscular pain, and darkening of urine to tea shade.  One study showed that 40 % of patients received concurrent combinations of drugs that increased the risk of muscle  damage.
