Однако данных об исследованиях по оценке динамики параметров микроциркуляции под влиянием фармакотерапии у пациентов с постковидным синдромом на момент подготовки статьи не было обнаружено. На сегодня в Российской Федерации отсутствуют единые рекомендации по лечению постковидного синдрома.</p><sec><title>Цель работы</title><p>Цель работы: анализ динамики клинических проявлений постковидного синдрома и показателей бульбарной капилляроскопии на фоне фармакотерапии у молодой пациентки после перенесенного в легкой форме COVID-19.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы: анализ клинического случая пациентки, наблюдавшейся в Центре терапевтической офтальмологии в период с февраля по сентябрь 2021 г. Выполнен сравнительный анализ качественных и количественных показателей микроциркуляции, полученных методом бульбарной капилляроскопии у пациентки с постковидным синдромом до и после проведения фармакотерапии.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: представлено клиническое наблюдение пациентки 23 лет с постковидным синдромом, проявляющимся преимущественно психоневрологическими симптомами, у которой было обнаружено нарушение показателей микроциркуляции при проведении бульбарной капилляроскопии. Пациентке проведен курс лечения мельдонием, этилметилгидроксипиридинсукцинатом и меглюмина натрия сукцинатом.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы: на фоне предложенной фармакотерапии наблюдали значительное улучшение состояния пациентки (регресс психоневрологической симптоматики) одновременно с положительной динамикой мор фофункциональных показателей бульбарной капилляроскопии, что свидетельствует об улучшении про цессов микроциркуляции и подтверждает их роль в патогенезе постковидного синдрома. Полученные данные позволяют предположить, что клиническая картина постковидного синдрома непосредственно связана с выраженностью нарушений в микроциркуляторном звене кровообращения различных органов и тканей, а методика бульбарной капилляроскопии может быть использована для диагностики и оценки тяжести течения данного синдрома, а также в качестве метода оценки эффективности и безопасности фармакотерапии.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Microcirculation dysfunction plays a significant role in the development of post-COVID syndrome caused by SARS-CoV-2. However, there have been no studies on changes in microcirculation parameters during pharmacotherapy in patients with post-COVID syndrome. To date, there are no consensus recommendations for the treatment of post-COVID syndrome in the Russian Federation.</p><p>The aim of the study was to analyse the pattern of clinical manifestations of post-COVID syndrome and bulbar conjunctival angioscopy (BCA) results in a young patient undergoing treatment after mild COVID-19.</p><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods: analysis of the clinical case of a patient who was followed up at the Therapeutic Ophthalmology Centre between February and September 2021. BCA was performed in a patient with post-COVID syndrome to compare quantitative and qualitative microcirculation parameters before and after the treatment.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: the paper summarises clinical observation data on a 23-year-old female patient with post-COVID syndrome with mainly neuropsychiatric manifestations and a microcirculation dysfunction as determined by BCA. The patient received pharmacotherapy with meldonium, ethylmethylhydroxypyridine succinate, and meglumine sodium succinate.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions: the prescribed pharmacotherapy led to a significant improvement in the patient’s condition (regression in neuropsychiatric symptoms) with simultaneous improvement of morphological and functional parameters assessed by BCA, which indicates an improvement in microcirculation processes and supports their role in post-COVID syndrome development.
