Вместе с тем, в литературе имеются указания о возможном влиянии препаратов расторопши на активность микросомальных ферментов и р-гликопротеина. Противоречивость данных обусловленв различиями протоколов исследований. Наличие в базах данных описаний случаев лекарственного взаимодействия с участием расторопши предполагает возможное клинически значимое влияние на активность ферметов цитохрома Р450.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum) is a widely used herbal remedy, which has a relatively low risk of drug interactions. However, there is evidence in the literature about the possible impact of thistle drugs on activity of microsomal enzymes and p-glycoprotein. Contradictory data depends on differences in study protocols.
