В данной статье представлено описание двух современных методов (Global Trigger Tool и Failure Mode and Effect analysis), которые, по мнению авторов, могут быть эффективно использованы с целью выявления и анализа информации как о нежелательных явлениях, так и об ошибках применения лекарственных препаратов, на основании которой возможно разработать и предложить меры по снижению потенциальных рисков.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Prevention of adverse events caused by medication errors is an important challenge of modern healthcare as it offers the possibility to reduce mortality, improve patient safety and reduce costs arosed from correction of complications.
