В исследовании выявлена связь пренатального воздействия ингибиторов постланостеролового синтеза холестерина с риском расстройств аутистического спектра у детей.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Editor-in-Chief of Safety and Risk of Pharmacotherapy Renad N. Alyautdin presents an analysis of the article “­Sterol pathway disruption in pregnancy: A link to autism” (2026), published in Molecular Psychiatry, which reports the results of a large-scale retrospective RWD/RWE study of more than 6 million mother–child pairs (2014–2023).
