Несмотря на различия в химической структуре и фармакологических свойствах, в группу риска в отношении возникновения острого приступа закрытоугольной глаукомы входят большинство современных антидепрессантов. В статье рассматриваются возможные механизмы влияния препаратов этой группы на внутриглазное давление.

Despite the differences in the chemical structure and pharmacological properties, the risk group for the occurrence of an acute attack of angle-closure glaucoma includes the majority of modern antidepressants. The possible mechanisms of influence of these psychotropic drugs on the intraocular pressure are discussed.
