В данной работе рассмотрены проблемы, связанные с внедрением описываемой методологии, а также выделены области лекарственного обеспечения, в которых мультикритериальный анализ принятия решений оказывается наиболее востребованным - а именно, для организации лекарственного обеспечения пациентов с орфанными заболеваниями.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents a first attempt of implementation of the methodology multicriteriale analysis of decision making in the organization of the system of drug provision in the Russia.
