Представлена основная концепция, на основании которой осуществляется выявление сигналов количественными методами в базах данных спонтанных сообщений. Описаны подходы к интерпретации сигнала о диспропорциональности.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Modern approaches to solving the problem of detecting signals about the safety of drugs are presented. The basic concept, provided the detection of signals by quantitative methods in databases of spontaneous messages is presented.
