Несмотря на благоприятные свойства, на данный момент не существует однозначного мнения относительно их безопасности. В статье представлены сведения клинических исследований CANVAS и CANVAS-R и сообщений международной базы данных VigiBase (2015-2017 гг) о риске развития ампутации у пациентов с сахарным диабетом 2 типа при приеме канаглифлозина.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Sodium glucose co-transporter type 2 inhibitors (SGLT2) are a new effective group of oral hypoglygemic drugs for the treatment of diabetes type 2. At the moment there is no unanimous opinion on their safety.
