По данным международных эпидемиологических исследований, более 80 % женщин во время беременности принимают лекарственные средства. Определить конкретный препарат, ответственный за лекарственную патологию печени у беременной в условиях полипрагмазии, чрезвычайно сложно. Так, в статье приводится ретроспективный анализ спонтанных сообщений о нежелательных реакциях у беременных, поступивших в российскую базу АИС Росздравнадзор «Фармаконадзор» за период с 01.01.2009 по 31.12.2016 включительно.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Pregnancy is characterized by overexertion of metabolism in the liver and some changes in metabolism, which can lead to various, including severe organ, damage. During pregnancy, according to international epidemiological studies, more than 80 % of women take medicines. Under polypragmasy it is extremely difficult to isolate a particular medicine responsible for the drug pathology in the liver in pregnant women.
