Проанализированы данные об опасных комбинациях лекарственных средств, которые удлиняют интервал QT. Проведен обзор данных о клинически значимых взаимодействиях лекарственных средств, с вероятным и условным риском развития пируэтной тахикардии, которые метаболизируются CYP3А4. Показано, что для повышения эффективности и безопасности фармакотерапии не следует назначать пациентам одновременно препараты, которые удлиняют интервал QT, и не применять лекарственных комбинаций, в которых можно прогнозировать удлинение интервала QT в результате изменения метаболизма одного из лекарственных средств.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Specific aspects of manifestation of prolonged QT syndrome, developed during the use of drugs belonging to different pharmacological groups are discussed. It analyses data on dangerous combinations of drugs that prolong the QT interval. The combination of drugs with the possible and conditional risk of QT interval prolongation and other drugs, which can influence the activity of metabolizing isoenzymes cytochrome P450, require special care from physicians, especially in elderly patients.
