Study of efficacy, safety, personalised approaches to the use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, H2-histaminoblockers, new oral anticoagulants, antibiotics, PP inhibitors, antidepressants, hypotensive, immunobiological medicines; peculiarities of medicine use in paediatrics, gerontology, oncology; interchangeability, pharmacogenetics, pharmacokinetics, therapeutic drug monitoring.

Renowned scientist in various areas of clinical pharmacology and internal medicine, including pharmacodynamics, metabolism, drug-drug interactions, clinical efficacy, safety, rational use of medicines, and the regulatory system in the field of medicine circulation.

Publication activity

Author of more than 380 scientific papers, co-author of the National Manual of Clinical Pharmacology (2024), 33 textbooks on clinical pharmacology and pharmacotherapy, more than 25 methodological manuals for doctors and students on topical problems of medicine.
