The article presents a first attempt of implementation of the methodology multicriteriale analysis of decision making in the organization of the system of drug provision in the Russia. In this paper, the reasons to update the activity aimed to implement the described methodology, as well as a dedicated area of drug supply, which multicriterial analysis of decision-making is most in demand - namely, for the organization of drug provision of patients with orphan diseases.

This review article describes the classification and mechanism of action of organic anion transporters (OAT). The influence of certain members of this family of transporters on the pharmacokinetics of β-lactam antibiotics.

Modern approaches to solving the problem of detecting signals about the safety of drugs are presented. The basic concept, provided the detection of signals by quantitative methods in databases of spontaneous messages is presented. Approaches to the interpretation of the signal about disproportionality are described.
