Abstract
Sodium glucose co-transporter type 2 inhibitors (SGLT2) are a new effective group of oral hypoglygemic drugs for the treatment of diabetes type 2. At the moment there is no unanimous opinion on their safety. The article presents the data on clinical studies CANVAS and CANVAS-R and reports of the international database VigiBase (2015 - 2017) on the risk of amputation in patients with type 2 diabetes undergoing treatment with canagliflozin.

Abstract
Pregnancy is characterized by overexertion of metabolism in the liver and some changes in metabolism, which can lead to various, including severe organ, damage. During pregnancy, according to international epidemiological studies, more than 80 % of women take medicines. Under polypragmasy it is extremely difficult to isolate a particular medicine responsible for the drug pathology in the liver in pregnant women. The article presents a retrospective analysis of spontaneous reports accepted from the Russian database of AIS Roszdravnadzor for the period from 01.01.2009 to 31.12.2016.

Abstract
Specific aspects of manifestation of prolonged QT syndrome, developed during the use of drugs belonging to different pharmacological groups are discussed. It analyses data on dangerous combinations of drugs that prolong the QT interval. The combination of drugs with the possible and conditional risk of QT interval prolongation and other drugs, which can influence the activity of metabolizing isoenzymes cytochrome P450, require special care from physicians, especially in elderly patients. Taking into account the possibilities of QT prolongation due to drug interactions it is recommended to avoid the use of potentially unsafe drug combinations.

Abstract
Review on assessment data of ADR, which must be monitored during antiretroviral therapy in patients with HIV/AIDS are presented. Questions of drug safety acquire particular importance in conducting pharmacotherapy of the most socially significant diseases, which include HIV/AIDS. Currently there is a sufficient number of generic drugs for antiretroviral therapy, which form the basis for affordable health care. The correlation of efficacy and safety of generic drugs, their interchangeability assessment require constant study of the antiretroviral drugs influence on various systems of the body. Particular attention should be given to the cardiovascular disorders and hepatotoxicity.
